From drawing to erected structure
Each stage follows the technical drawings and dimensional tolerances supplied for the project.
Stage 01
Cutting and preparation
Steel plates and sections are cut and prepared in our Batam workshop to the dimensions set out in the technical drawings.
Stage 02
Welding and assembly
Frames, platforms, and pipe supports are welded and assembled under controlled workshop conditions, checked against drawing tolerances.
Stage 03
Erection and installation
Completed fabrications are prepared for transport and erected on site, following the scope and sequence agreed for each project.
